BTS has won eight awards at the 11th Gaon Music Awards which took place on January 27, 2022, at the Jamsil Arena.
The awards which the boy-band took home include:
- Artist of the Year (Digital Music – Monthly) for May: BTS’s “Butter”
- Artist of the Year (Digital Music – Monthly) for July: BTS’s “Permission to Dance”
- Artist of the Year (Digital Music – Monthly) for September: BTS and Coldplay’s “My Universe”
- Artist of the Year (Physical Album – Quarterly) for the third quarter: BTS’s “Butter”
- Retail Album of the Year: BTS’s “Butter”
- Music Steady Seller of the Year: BTS’s “Dynamite”
- Social Hot Star of the Year: BTS
- Mubeat Global Choice Award: BTS
